EFA 2024, due candidature per “Vermiglio” di Maura Delpero

“Vermiglio” di Maura Delpero ha ricevuto due candidature alla 37esima edizione degli European Film Awards, per il miglior film europeo e miglior regista. I vincitori saranno svelati nella cerimonia di premiazione del 7 dicembre a Lucerna, in Svizzera.

Paolo Del Brocco, amministratore delegato di Rai Cinema, che ha coprodotto il film con Cinedora, commenta così le candidature agli EFA: “Le nostre congratulazioni a Maura Delpero, alla sua visione di cinema rigorosa e nitida, capace di trasfigurare piccole vicende di montagna in storie senza limiti né confini. Entrare nella cinquina dei finalisti EFA è un traguardo importante nel percorso che Maura Delpero sta costruendo passo dopo passo, con capacità e determinazione, senza temere di affrontare sfide difficili, come nel caso di questo film, di raccontare una storia recitata in dialetto con pochi attori professionisti. Un riconoscimento di prestigio che aggiunge ulteriore visibilità al film impegnato in questo periodo nella campagna Oscar. Complimenti anche ai produttori di Cinedora che hanno creduto nella potenzialità di ‘Vermiglio’, e con i quali ci accomuna l’idea della necessità di un cinema d’autore che sappia parlare anche al pubblico”.

“Vermiglio” è una produzione Cinedora con Rai Cinema in coproduzione con Charades Productions e Versus Production, distribuito in Italia da Lucky Red.
